CANCELLATION policy
I understand that sometimes life happens, and plans may need to change. If either of us needs to cancel an appointment, I’ll always do my best to give at least 24 hours’ notice and kindly ask that you do the same where possible. This helps me manage my time and offer the slot to someone else on my waiting list.
For new clients, payment is required in advance. Please note that if a session is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full fee will be retained.
While I’d prefer not to enforce this policy, an increase in short-notice cancellations and no-shows has made it necessary to protect both my time and income. Thank you for your understanding.
